Florian Lamn
Berlin, Germany
moreWe are a design studio focusing on the creation of visual identities, books and exhibitions in the broad field of the cultural sector. With our strong background in the production of printed matter, we focus on the intersection of digital and analogue publishing in a broader sense. Our approach is defined by continuous cooperations in shifting constellations. We like the old and the new, the obvious and the hidden.
MAT-KKAL
Seoul, Korea
moreMAT-KKAL is a Seoul-based designer, creative director, and artist who moves fluidly between the realms of branding, visual communication, and contemporary art. She studied Visual Communication Design at the Korea National University of Arts and began her career at a leading design agency, where she led projects across corporate branding, public communications, and large-scale events from 2013 to 2017.
In 2019, she founded MHTL, a creative studio that explores the intersection of design, culture, and commerce. As the studio’s Founder and Creative Director, she oversees identity systems, campaigns, and spatial branding for some of Korea’s most recognizable brands. Her work is known for its conceptual clarity and bold visual direction, often blending minimalist structures with intuitive storytelling.
Beyond commercial practice, MAT-KKAL is an active artist whose work has been featured in exhibitions at major art institutions throughout Seoul. She is especially interested in how design can become a curatorial language—reshaping how people perceive culture and community. Her hybrid practice across disciplines allows her to bring a broad, culturally nuanced perspective to all her projects.
As a jury member and guest speaker for the Macao Design Award 2025, she is honored to contribute her voice to an international dialogue on design’s role in shaping contemporary society.
Tnop Wangsillapakun
Bangkok, Thailand
moreTnop Wangsillapakun is a designer who believes that communication is a two-way exchange—an interaction that invites listening as much as expressing. As the founder and design director of TNOP DESIGN in Bangkok, he leads a studio known for its ability to translate complex identities into tactile, concept-driven work that resonates across cultural and social contexts.
Originally trained in both Eastern and Western design environments, Tnop brings a layered sensibility to each project—balancing structure with intuition, precision with emotion. His process often starts with collecting information, analyzing patterns, and comparing perspectives to develop new ways of communication. From there, ideas evolve through experimentation with typography, visual, format, and material—resulting in work that is both visually refined and conceptually grounded.
Over nearly two decades of practice, his work has ranged across disciplines—from publications and identities to spatial experiences—all unified by a consistent attention to detail and a belief that design is a form of dialogue. Beyond the studio, he remains actively engaged in education and the broader design community, fostering thoughtful exchange across generations.
In addition to his studio practice, Tnop has played a key role in shaping Thailand’s design landscape, and since 2016, has been a member of Alliance Graphique Internationale (AGI).
